I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and was extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location of this place is away from the busy highways, yet very close to a shopping complex, making it convenient for guests. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning, ensured that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The sitting area, dining table, and patio provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the paid wi-fi in rooms allowed me to stay connected during my visit. The garden furniture added a touch of elegance, and the well-equipped kitchen and cookware/kitchen utensils allowed me to prepare meals easily. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. I also enjoyed the leisure swimming pool and outdoor BBQ facilities, as well as the beautiful garden area.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

We stayed at this park for 2 nights in a cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. It was also well equipped and we wanted for nothing. The most important thing was that we received a very warm welcome as we booked in to the park.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the park and would stay there and recommend it to any friends. At the time we stayed there were no maps of the local area but maps of the city area and maybe maps of the surrounding area would be helpful.

It was our first visit to this city for shopping and medical attention so we wanted self contained accommadion that was close to places of interest to us. The BIG4 at Toowoomba did not dissapoint and we will stay there again on our next visit.

The surroundings were nice and the staff seemed friendly. They also had a play area for the kids which was a plus. The accommodation was fairly priced and came with all the necessary amenities which was convenient. The location was ideal, close to shops and restaurants.

The shower was a huge inconvenience. The water pressure was extremely low and it was difficult to wash.

The location was excelent for what i needed. The staff were rather friendly and helpful, and very informative with the City, and sourrounding locations

Some minor mishaps with time frames, and unable to followthrough with requests after they were originally confirmed.

The grounds staff were quite rude to the children of other family members the morning we were there. He had obviously told different children not to play on some equipment, but our children were unaware of the rules. He was very short with the kids, and to be honest I think he thought they were unsupervised. He was a bit shamefaced when confronted by my sister after he spoke so rudely to them. Just because they are kids does not mean they deserve to be spoken to nastily. Guests should come first.....ALWAYS!! If the kids don't like the place, the family wont come back, no matter how nice you are to the parents.

Great location for exploring the city with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the pool and outdoor seating areas for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The cabin we stayed in was a bit cramped and outdated. Some of the kitchen utensils were missing or in poor condition, which made cooking a bit of a challenge.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the location, away from the busy highways but very close to shops which was very handy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the after hours check-in was stress-free. We also enjoyed the Easter Sunday Breakfast BBQ and appreciated the Christian music playing.
